"magtanim ay di biro... masakit sa likod at tuhod, hehe"

would you believe i did a lil bit of yard work today?! i'm sure the husband-slash-gardener is happy :)

i just dug some dirt out, enough to get these new flowers planted on our flower bed. yep, for some reason, though we planted perennial plants last year, we still had to replace some of them. well, hellow summer!

P365-10.04.29:"seedlings", originally uploaded by dasims.

these are the husband's seedlings. he planted squash, green beans, bell peppers (and i can't remember what else) from seeds this year. he couldn't wait to transfer them out to our veggie bin at the back. but with mr. weather confusing spring with winter, i don't know when that would be. brrrr!

*pic taken at roozengarde (mt.vernon, wa.) ... the rest of our tulips festival pics are here .. (if you need a guest pass to view everything, just lemme know)

the last leaf

the last leaf

nel wanted me to post this asap. nde naman sya excited sa photoblog na ito, hehe. Nwys, this was taken at Fernwoods, after Ken and Jen's wedding reception (as i've said from my blog, nel super enjoyed shooting that day :D). this lone leaf just fell from i-dunno-what tree, right on top of this red carpet which stretched from the staircase towards the main garden. notice the loose red rose petals?
